Terms of sale

The seller is Köpman Vesterlund AB, org.nr 559453-1195, info@kopmanvesterlund.com. All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Merch is printed on demand and ships within 2–7 working days plus transit. Items from the stockroom normally ship within 3 working days. Digital products are delivered as a download link on the order confirmation and by email right after payment.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after receiving the item. Notify us by email and return the item in substantially unchanged condition; you pay the return shipping. We refund within 14 days. The right does not apply to items made to your specifications, nor to digital content once you have agreed to immediate delivery.

Complaints

You have a three-year right to complain about defects under Swedish consumer law. Used and antique items are sold as described. Contact us with a photo of the defect.

Disputes

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
